All products shown in our Catalog are generally "In Stock" and ready for immediate shipment. Any Catalog items temporarily out-of-stock are usually available for shipment within a few days. All orders will be shipped complete, unless extreme delays occur in which the available product will be shipped and the balance of the order cancelled.
Most orders for In-Stock items begin the order process as soon as your online purchase is completed. Your In-Stock items will be shipped once the item is picked from stock, your payment is approved, and the receiving address is verified. You will be notified by email when your order is shipped.
After your order leaves our warehouse, delivery times vary according to the shipping method (generally UPS Ground) and the location of your shipping address. Please note that business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.
Shipping Methods and Costs
Generally, the item(s) you purchase on www.theductshop.com will be shipped UPS Ground, with the applicable charges applied to your order. Most orders will ship from our Southern California Facility. Shipping costs for orders placed on this site are based on the weight of the total order. You will be provided with the total shipping cost for your order during Checkout.
Most items will be shipped to the 48 contiguous United States via Standard Ground service. You can expect your order to arrive within 1-5 full business days. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.
Some heavy or oddly shaped items must be shipped via a freight trucking company. Usually, such Oversized Items arrive in 7-14 full business days after leaving the warehouse. Most Oversized Items leave the warehouse within seven full business days. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.
The delivery company will contact you by phone to schedule a delivery date and time window.
When your order is delivered you should immediately inspect the carton for any potential damage that may have occurred during shipment. Carefully inspect the packaging as well as the contents of the package. It is normal for the carton to show some wear; however, if damage did occur follow the steps outlined under Returns & Warranties.
Tracking Your Order
When can you track your shipped order?
At our warehouse, tracking numbers are assigned to packages upon shipment and generally appear on an email that we will send you after your order has shipped. However, it may take up to 48 hours or longer before the package is checked into UPS's tracking system and available for tracking at www.ups.com. That means even though your package has already shipped from our warehouse and is on its way to you, UPS may not be able to provide any information about your package for up to 48 hours or more.
Occasionally, orders are delivered via a carrier that does not offer the ability to track a package. In these rare instances, the email to you confirming the shipment of your order will not offer tracking information, but will still offer order status and other details. Read the information provided below on this page to learn the difference between tracking information and the order status.

How is order status different from tracking information?
The status of your order is supplied by www.theductshop.com, and represents what is happening with your order between the time you place it and the time it ships from our warehouse. Once your order leaves our warehouse, it is handled by UPS that may provide tracking information on their website www.ups.com until your order is delivered*. The tracking information is accessible from the email you receive confirming the shipment of your order.
*Tracking information may not be available for up to 48 hours after an item is shipped from our warehouse.

Order Confirmation. This e-mail confirms that we have received your order. It includes your order number. Keep this e-mail for your records.
Shipment Confirmation. This e-mail confirms that your order has shipped. The arrival time of your order depends on the shipping method used and your shipping location.
Important notice about your order. Cancellations Due to Order Processing Difficulties
Occasionally, orders or parts of an order are cancelled by our system for various reasons. Some reasons are:

Difficulty in processing your payment information.
Cannot ship to address provided.
Duplicate order was placed.
If your order is cancelled, you will receive an important notice regarding your order via e-mail which will explain the reason for the cancellation. You will not be billed for any cancelled items.
Changing or Canceling Your Order
After you have clicked "Confirm Order" during the check out process, your order begins to process and you cannot cancel or change your order. Our system is designed to fill orders and get them on their way as quickly as possible.

All orders are final. Please check and confirm your order prior to placing. No returns are accepted except for the case of damaged, defective or incorrect shipment of ordered items. In the event of returns allowed for damaged, defective or incorrect shipment, no returns will be accepted without a Return Authorization Number. See below for obtaining a Return Authorization Number.
Damaged or Defective Items

Accept the package only if after inspection product is acceptable, but make a note of any damage on the shipping receipt, sign and date it. The delivery person should also sign the slip and leave a copy for your records.
If you receive a damaged or defective item, e-mail Customer Service within 10 days of delivery at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please provide your order number and item number from your original confirmation e-mail, the reason for requesting a return as well as your e-mail address and phone number. The Duct Shop will make every reasonable effort to assist you with your return. Following evaluation, The Duct Shop will provide you with a Return Authorization Number as well as address for return. No product will be accepted with out a Return Authorization. You will be refunded shipping charges on those approved returns for items that arrived to you defective or damaged or a result of our shipping error.

Returning an Oversized Item
Items are considered to be oversized if they are heavier than 30 pounds. Please contact Customer Service at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please provide your order number and item number from your original confirmation e-mail, the reason for requesting a return as well as your e-mail address and phone number. The Duct Shop will make every reasonable effort to assist you with your return. Following evaluation, The Duct Shop will provide you with a Return Authorization Number as well as address for return. No product will be accepted with out a Return Authorization. You will be refunded shipping charges on those approved returns for items that arrived to you defective or damaged or a result of our shipping error.

You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 30 days of our receiving your returned product.
You will be refunded the original shipping cost if the return is a result of damaged product, a manufacturer defect or a shipping error on our part.
The Duct Shop will provide warranty information on any item upon request. Each product has the warranty support of the applicable manufacturer. The Duct Shop does not provide any express or implied warranty separate from the manufacturerÕs warranty.
